Rental Guidelines
At Elegant Events Rentals, we strive to ensure your rental experience is seamless and enjoyable. Our return policy allows for exchanges or returns within 14 days of the rental date. Items must be in original condition. We understand that unforeseen changes can occur, and we are here to assist you every step of the way to meet your needs.
Cancellation Details
If you need to cancel your rental, please inform us at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. We encourage you to review your rental details carefully before confirmation for a smooth planning process.
Late Return Policy and Fees
Rentals returned after the agreed date will incur a late fee of 15% per day. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation in returning items on time.
